Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to strategically lead the technical department and ensure the successful execution of real estate and construction projects. A leading company in the real estate development sector is looking for a Technical Director with extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising real estate and construction projects. The position will be responsible for strategically leading the technical department, ensuring proper project execution from analysis and planning stages through to final delivery, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
