Job Objective: Coordinate project operations, supervise personnel and contractors, monitor progress and costs, and ensure fulfillment of operational and customer service objectives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate execution of operational projects. Plan and assign work crews and workloads. Supervise project progress and adherence to timelines. Manage field personnel and supervisors. Follow up with customers and address operational incidents. Control costs, resources, and payments. Prepare operational reports and performance indicators. Propose improvements for operational efficiency. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or field personnel management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Experience in operational planning, project control, and performance metrics.
