Supply chain risk management and inventory optimization Position: MP Materials Planning Program Manager (100% Remote) We are currently looking for a Materials Planning Program Manager to immediately join a global team focused on supply chain management for technology solutions (compute, storage, and AI). This position is critical to ensuring material availability and the proper execution of planning and procurement processes, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and international partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate material procurement and logistics with ODMs, suppliers, and internal teams. Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure full BOM coverage. Execute MRP and materials planning processes, ensuring forecast adherence. Ensure on-time deliveries to enable Clear To Build (CTB) status. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (shortages, disruptions, etc.). Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and cross-functional teams. Analyze supply/demand data and generate reports for decision-making. Monitor supply chain KPIs and optimize inventory levels. Support strategic material allocation decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain (preferably in technology). Knowledge of MRP, materials planning, and supplier management. Analytical ability to work with large volumes of data. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work with global teams across different time zones. Desirable Experience in hardware manufacturing or computing. Knowledge of hardware components and configuration. Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments with high autonomy.
