Direct exposure to Executive Management **Human Resources Manager** Location: On-site Salary: $60,000 MXN per month \+ statutory benefits Reports to: Executive Management A company in the food industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager who wishes to build a long-term career within the organization and has solid experience in manufacturing or food industry environments. You will be responsible for leading the integrated Human Capital strategy for an operation of approximately 800 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, labor compliance, and a strong organizational culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives * Manage labor relations, including union engagement * Administer shift scheduling, overtime, and regulatory compliance * Lead recruitment, payroll, and training processes * Coordinate and develop a team of 8 people * Ensure positive work environment, talent retention, and development * Advise Executive Management on organizational and labor-related decisions **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing or food industry * Experience managing large teams, ideally 500–1,000 employees * Proven experience with unions and labor negotiations * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll, shift management, and overtime control * Strategic, hands\-on profile with strong execution capability * Interest in building a long-term career within the company **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $60,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Professional stability and growth * Direct exposure to Executive Management * Savings fund * Attendance bonus * Major medical expense insurance Employment type: Full-time Salary: $55,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
