Growing company with potential for permanent employment A leading company in the sector seeks an HR Supervisor, with no issue relocating to the southern part of the city (Lopez Mateos Sur), possessing the following characteristics: **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure accurate recording, control, and compliance with the company’s accounting and social security obligations through efficient use of systems such as CONTPAQi, the Single Self-Determination System (SUA), and portals of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), guaranteeing reliable information and regulatory compliance. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record and control accounting transactions in authorized systems. * Fulfill tax and social security obligations timely and accurately. * Keep employee information updated with the IMSS. * Support internal and external audits. * Manage accounting and payroll documentation. * Generate financial and compliance reports. * Enter and record accounting journal entries in CONTPAQi. * Determine and calculate employer-employee contributions in the Single Self-Determination System (SUA). * Affiliation-related transactions (registrations, terminations, modifications) via the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) portal. * Manage and fulfill SIROC obligations (worksite registration, incidents, closure). * Perform accounting and payroll reconciliations. * Prepare and submit monthly reports (IMSS, INFONAVIT, accounting). * Monitor payroll incidents related to social security. * Review discrepancies between SUA and the accounting system. * Generate payment barcodes and track payments. We seek a candidate with strong personality and decision-making ability at all levels, as well as oversight of departments and HR reference authority. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Unrestricted Years of Experience: 3 years Immediate Availability Proven experience in HR activities, focused on IMSS processes and transactions.
