Positive work environment and paid training on products and tools. **About Us** Trikes Artesanales is a growing company specializing in the sale of threads, expanding within the Guadalajara market. **Job Objective** Support the receipt, organization, inventory control, and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring orders are complete and shipped on time—both for in-store sales and e-commerce. **Only resumes with a photo and matching the required profile will be considered** **Your Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect merchandise against supplier invoices. * Organize products in the warehouse following FIFO principles and by category. * Pick orders for local customers and out-of-town shipments. * Pack and package products for shipment. * Generate shipping labels and coordinate pickups with courier services. * Record daily inventory movements in the inventory management system (Odoo). * Assist in transferring merchandise from warehouse to store using barcode scanners. * Participate in cyclic inventory counts. * Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. **What We’re Looking For:** * Preferred age: 27–39 years old. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in warehouse, packaging, or courier services. * Physical capacity to lift packages and orders. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Completed secondary or high school education. * Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. * Preferred (not required): Familiarity with Odoo (we provide training). **What We Offer:** * Weekly gross salary of $2,700. * Monthly Punctuality Bonus: $500\. * Monthly Attendance Bonus: $500\. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Fixed schedule Monday through Friday — **weekends off**. * Paid training on products and tools. * Positive work environment.
