Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional with experience in equipment configuration, maintenance, and security, capable of working with infrastructure and networks. Participation in structured cabling infrastructure projects **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Technical Degree in Computer Systems, or Computer Science **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in Remote and/or On-Site Support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer systems · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computer systems and peripheral devices · Configuration of security policies · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of infrastructure projects for structured cabling **Knowledge:** · Creation of backups, formatting, and installation of software and hardware · Basic knowledge of structured cabling · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,000.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Desirable) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
