(Guadalajara Metropolitan Area) A leading company in the **distribution of panels, wood, and laminates** is pleased to announce an opening for a **SALES REPRESENTATIVE**, requiring a minimum of **1 year of experience**. If you are a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for **sales**, this is your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Prospecting New Customers.** * **Customer Portfolio Follow-up.** * **Customer Visits.** * **Sales Follow-up and Closing.** * **Reporting of Activities and Results.** * **Use and Updating of HubSpot CRM** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales roles, preferably within the construction materials, wood, finishes, or related industries. * Demonstrated ability in **prospecting** .. * Availability to conduct customer visits **in the field** and **in the office** within the **Guadalajara Metropolitan Area**. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $10,000\.00 MXN per month, tax-free. * **Commissions:** An attractive commission structure ranging from 0\.5% to 2% per achieved target, with an estimated monthly commission income between $1,200 and $2,500 MXN. * **Monthly Bonus:** A $2,000\.00 MXN bonus for meeting targets. * **Quarterly Bonus:** Additional recognition for achieving quarterly objectives. * **Utility Vehicle:** We provide a utility vehicle for performing your duties. * **Statutory Benefits:** All legally mandated benefits.
