**Description:** At Hotel Barceló Guadalajara, we are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. We are located directly across from Expo Guadalajara, just a few blocks from Plaza del Sol. The primary role of this position is to receive, register, and bill room services for our valued guests, as well as handle and follow up on calls to the service department. We seek individuals with a high level of professionalism, fluency in English, passion for customer service, and immediate availability. **Requirements:** * Possess an RFC and NSS number. * Fluent English required (a test will be administered). * Interest and aptitude for customer service. * Recent graduates are welcome. * Availability to rotate shifts and immediate availability. * Residency in Guadalajara. **Work Schedules:** 7:00 am \- 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm \- 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm \- 6:00 am.
