Your main challenges will be: * **Lead the help desk:** Provide support to CONTPAQi users via tickets (both remotely and on-site visits). * **Strategic consulting:** Implement key modules (Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing, and Inventory). * **Comprehensive support:** Assist users with hardware and software issues. * **Empower the client:** Deliver advisory services and training so they master their CONTPAQi software. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Informatics, or Computing. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in technical support or help desk (*Help Desk*). * **Your tools:** Basic/intermediate knowledge of SQL Server. * **Your plus:** If you have knowledge of or interest in **administrative and accounting processes, you’ve already earned points!** * **Your DNA:** An **autodidactic**, proactive profile with strong customer service orientation. **What do we offer in return?** * **Attractive income:** Base salary of **$13,200 net (tax-free)** \+ commissions per hour of consulting (you decide how much more you earn!). * **Real growth:** We cover the cost of up to **8 months of training to obtain official CONOCER-certified CONTPAQi certifications**—a major boost for your CV! * **Stability and future:** Direct hiring, job stability, and a real development plan. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Excellent location:** Highly accessible area, just 5 blocks from the Light Rail station **Urdaneta**.
