The primary objective is to meet volume, cost, and quality standards, providing technical support across all three shifts and contributing to a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Processes. * **Experience:** In production, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods. * No objections to the work location * Availability to work 12x12 shift schedules **Technical knowledge in:** * Quality control systems * Injection molding processes (thin wall, thick wall, and blow molding) * Inventory control * Engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite * Statistical process control * Continuous improvement ### **Responsibilities:** * Verify machinery parameters and perform necessary adjustments. * Conduct pre-operational BPM checks in the IML area. * Assemble and disassemble EOATs and supply labels. * Report and document failures and solutions with evidence. * Support startup, adjustments, and process control. * Record activities in logbooks and track molds and maintenance. * Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. ### **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities **Apply through this channel.
