Your Role and Responsibilities * Your primary objective will be to manage sales, customer service, and your team's development. * Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of 2 to 3 individuals (cashiers). * Operational Control: Ensure compliance with operational standards, administrative procedures, and company policies. * Customer Service: Resolve conflicts and guarantee high-quality service. * Administration: Manage inventory, conduct petty cash reconciliations, handle incident reports, and track performance indicators (KPIs). * Planning: Prepare work schedules, break assignments, and shift organization. Essential Requirements * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience managing personnel and delivering customer service. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in analyzing KPIs or performance indicators. * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree. Schedule and Location * Work area: La Cima, Zapopan. * Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Flexibility: Availability to adjust schedule for unforeseen circumstances.
