Responsibilities: * Prepare cold and hot coffee-based beverages to high quality standards, highlighting your **latte art** talent. * Actively and enthusiastically collaborate in preparing menu items, ensuring freshness and excellent presentation. * Greet, serve, and bid farewell to customers with a warm, friendly, and proactive attitude, guaranteeing a memorable visit. * Maintain your workstation (espresso machine, grinders, display cases, and bar) immaculate and in optimal hygienic condition at all times. Requirements: * Proven prior experience as a barista (knowledge of calibration, milk texturing, and espresso extraction). * Demonstrable interest, skill, and practice in creating latte art. * Willingness and aptitude for handling and preparing food. * Excellent communication, empathy, strong teamwork performance, and genuine vocation for customer service. **Salary:** * **$6,000** net \+ **Tips**. **Work Schedules:** We offer two part-time schedules (ideal for students or individuals seeking to balance their day). * **Monday to Saturday (Shifts to choose from):** * **Morning Shift:** 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift:** 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Sundays (Rotating or by mutual agreement):** * Operating hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. *(Coverage for this day will be fairly coordinated with the team).* Position Type: Part-time Salary: $6,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * Preparation of alcoholic beverages: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
