We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in team leadership and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency in an industrial hardware company.

We are an industrial hardware company with **over 30 years of experience**. We seek a Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**
* Coordinate the warehouse team: assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure orderly operations (opening/closing procedures, attendance, and daily workflow).
* Supervise material inbound and outbound activities, delivery notes, and forms, ensuring documentation and controls are up to date.
* Measure and improve: design/track KPIs, organize meetings, and propose improvements to optimize processes.
* Develop the team: provide feedback, training, conflict resolution, and manage forklift operator certification/training.

* Proven experience in warehouse environments and **personnel management**.
* Practical leadership skills: ability to organize, monitor progress, and resolve day-to-day issues.
* Basic Excel proficiency (for reporting and KPI tracking).
* Clear communication and strong coordination with other departments.

**Schedule:** **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM**
Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract
Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month
