Development of warehouse management skills At FIX Ferreterías, we seek responsible, organized individuals with a service-oriented attitude to join our warehouse team. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and arranging merchandise * Picking products (sales orders, zeros, and urgent items) * Restocking and balancing merchandise on the sales floor * Preparing orders (manual and semi-automated) * Conducting cyclic inventory counts * Updating and maintaining the warehouse database * Managing supplier returns * Assisting with merchandise transfers * Verifying stock levels and monitoring negative-stock items * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with standards (5S) * Assisting with customer service as required Operations and Control: * Using tools and systems (PDA / POS) * Applying safety protocols * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Recording attendance and fulfilling scheduled shifts Requirements: * **Minimum 1 year of proven warehouse or storage experience REQUIRED** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school * Flexible availability for work schedule * **Verifiable employment stability** * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork skills We Offer: * Timely weekly payment * Productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Career growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,570.00 - $11,000.07 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * Have you been unemployed "formally" for more than 6 months? * Where and when was your last formal job?
