Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage activities required for the development of assigned new product introduction and change control projects, ensuring achievement of strategic objectives (scope, time, and cost) in accordance with applicable technical, regulatory, and quality requirements, and aligned with internal project management and product design methodologies. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Translate customer requirements into technical and quality specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance in design and manufacturing. * Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage assigned new product introduction and change control projects, ensuring achievement of their strategic objectives in accordance with technical, regulatory, quality, time, and cost requirements. * Promote continuous improvement of new product development and change control processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Adhere to the defined quality management system to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
