




Job Description **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies, as well as plan and organize corporate events, ensuring alignment with the company’s identity and objectives. Oversee the production of graphic and audiovisual materials to guarantee high-quality content that strengthens the institutional image. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and execute the annual internal and external communication plan, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Support Change Management: assist the strategic Human Resources department in change management initiatives, ensuring communication strategies address relevant needs. * Manage and supervise the activities of personnel under supervision (graphic designer), ensuring quality and visual consistency across all materials. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal corporate events, ensuring proper logistics, branding, budget compliance, and adherence to organizational philosophy and image. * Coordinate the production of graphic, audiovisual, and digital content, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. * Administer internal communication channels (intranet, bulletin boards, digital displays). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities. * Experience managing personnel under supervision.
