Job Summary: A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Payroll Analyst (IMSS) to manage payroll processing and calculations, as well as related procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payroll. 2. Performs calculations for year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), severance payments (finiquitos), and vacation bonus. 3. Handles employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE. San Rafael**, **Guadalajara, Jal.** **We offer:** * Base salary of $15,100 * Food vouchers ($700 monthly) * Attendance bonus ($704 monthly) * Punctuality bonus ($704 monthly) * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria and employee discount * Free monthly product and birthday voucher * Funeral, dental, roadside, and home assistance (plumbing, locksmithing, glass repair) * Free medical examinations * Ground ambulance service in emergencies * Discounts on major and minor medical expenses * Discounts on optical services and specialist consultations **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payroll * Calculation of year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), severance payments (finiquitos), vacation bonus, bonuses, food vouchers, and disbursements * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IDSE * Data entry and control in SUA * Calculation and submission of monthly and bimonthly IMSS reports * Management and processing of INFONAVIT, IMSS, and FONACOT procedures * Recording of medical leaves and disabilities * Submission and retention of payroll receipts * Determination of occupational risk premium * Annual payroll tax calculation * Generation of preliminary payroll and personnel file management **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll * Proficiency in NOMIPAQ * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (ISR) * Expertise in IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Experience in payroll calculation, PTU, severance payments (finiquitos), and variable compensation components Salary: Starting from $17,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
