Description

Position Summary: Provides support for the operation of IT and Telecommunications equipment, ensuring service quality for both the company and its customers. Key Highlights: 1. IT and Telecommunications Equipment Support 2. Troubleshooting of IT Equipment and Structured Cabling 3. Experience in Routing and Switching Provide operational support for IT and Telecommunications equipment by promptly addressing work orders to prevent incidents and maintain company and co-location customer services at the established quality level. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Communications and Electronics, Electrical Mechanics, Systems, or Computer Science \- 6 months to 1 year of experience working with IT equipment or networks \- Ability to interpret and resolve physical issues in IT equipment \- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in structured cabling (fiber optic and UTP) \- Experience in Routing and Switching \- Basic CCNA knowledge, fiber optic network operation and support Salary: $21,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with IP Networks? * Have you worked with CCNA?
