Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the company **Entry-Level Installation Assistant (Totalplay)** ------------------------------------------------------- **Base Salary: $8,000 \+ Monthly Bonuses: $1,000 to $5,000** **Employment Type:** Full-time ### **Job Description:** At **Totalplay**, we are seeking **Assistants** with no prior experience in fiber optic network installation and maintenance. You will support residential installations, including laying and routing fiber optic cables inside properties (residences, offices, and buildings), ensuring high-quality service to end customers. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or technical high school diploma (preferred). * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability for work hours. ### **We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $8,000 per month * **Monthly Bonuses:** From $1,000 up to $5,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Work tools, transportation vehicle, and fuel provided by the company * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the company
