Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth. **Inexperienced Installation Assistant (Totalplay)** ------------------------------------------------------- **Base Salary: $8,000 \+ Monthly Bonuses of $1,000 to $5,000** **Employment Type:** Full-time ### **Job Description:** At **Totalplay**, we are seeking **Assistants** with no prior experience in fiber optic network installation and maintenance. You will support residential installations, fiber optic cable laying and conduit routing within buildings (residences, offices, and commercial structures), ensuring high-quality service to the end customer. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school or technical high school diploma (preferred). * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Customer-oriented attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. ### **We Offer:** * **Base Salary**: $8,000 per month * **Monthly Bonuses**: From $1,000 up to $5,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Work tools, company-provided transportation vehicle, and fuel * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the company
