You will be part of a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team that values your ideas and contributions. **Education:** B.S. in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Technology or related fields. **Knowledge:** · Proficiency in project and quality management tools, including SPC and CoreTools. · Advanced knowledge of electronic product development, preferably within the medical or automotive industries. · Proven experience managing and leading technical teams, with a minimum of 8 years. · Advanced English, with fluency in both oral and written communication. · Green Belt certification (preferred). · Formal training in CoreTools. · Solid knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control). · Applicable standards: \- TL400 \- ISO 45001\-2015 \- ISO 14000 \- FDA **Skills:** · Executive communication and alignment · Problem analysis and resolution · Negotiation and conflict management · Positive leadership and talent development · Strategic thinking and results orientation **Minimum 6 years of experience performing the following activities:** **Technical Team Leadership** · Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams (electronics, software, hardware). · Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. · Mentors and develops technical talent. **Project Management** · Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. · Ensures adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. · Implements agile methodologies and industry best practices. **Strategic Planning** · Defines the technology vision aligned with business objectives. · Collaborates with departments such as operations, quality, finance, materials, etc. · Assesses technological trends to maintain competitiveness. **Resource and Budget Management** · Manages the engineering department’s budget. · Optimizes allocation of human and technical resources. **Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance** · Establishes technical and quality standards. · Ensures compliance with medical and industrial regulatory standards. · Implements quality controls and risk management. **Technological Innovation** · Promotes adoption of new technologies. · Evaluates tools, platforms, and processes that enhance efficiency. **Communication and Reporting** · Reports progress and outcomes to senior leadership. · Facilitates communication between technical and non-technical teams. · Industrial Safety and Environmental Health · Ensures engineering processes, designs, and projects comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations, integrating EHS standards from planning through execution. · Collaborates with the EHS department to identify and mitigate technical risks, promoting a safe and responsible work culture within the engineering team.
