We do not sell licenses nor operate as a traditional agency: what we deliver is structure, clarity, and execution. We accompany our clients from operational chaos to processes that truly work. The Role We seek a Project Manager who acts as the bridge between the client and the technical team. Your job is to ensure every implementation is delivered on time, within scope, and with the operational impact we promise. You do not merely coordinate tasks—you understand the client’s business, master the system being implemented, and make decisions when friction arises. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects: from requirements gathering through go\-live and closure. * Coordinate the technical team (developers, functional analysts) and ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project. * Identify risks, manage scope changes, and escalate critical situations judiciously. * Document configurations, agreements, and deliverables in Notion. * Facilitate end-user training and support sessions. * Participate in designing Netlab's project methodology and propose process improvements. What We Require * Experience as a PM or software project lead (ERP preferred). * Technical\-functional knowledge of Odoo: module configuration, business workflows, inventory logic, invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\), CRM, procurement, etc. * Ability to read and understand business requirements and translate them for the technical team. * Solid proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar). * Clear communication skills—both with non\-technical clients and developers. * Proactive attitude: you do not wait for instructions—you anticipate problems and propose solutions. Nice to Have * Real\-world experience with Odoo Community or Enterprise. * Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or retail processes in Mexico. * Prior experience at a consulting or implementation agency.
