Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Position Objective** Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly production plans through strategic definition of manufacturing sequence, optimizing resource utilization and managing operational constraints to meet market priorities. **Responsibilities and Activities** As the programming lead, your main responsibilities will be: * **Master Planning:** Generate the detailed production schedule (4\-6 week horizon) aligned with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. * **MPS Control:** Execute and monitor the Master Production Schedule daily to detect and correct deviations in real time. * **Material Management:** Review input and subassembly requirements to ensure uninterrupted line operations without shortages. * **Operational Tracking:** Monitor execution to identify equipment failures, quality defects, or productivity issues. * **Special Projects:** Coordinate scheduling for new products (NPI), contract manufacturing, pilot batches, and reconditioning processes. * **Strategic Communication:** Lead weekly meetings with manufacturing and maintenance teams to adjust priorities. Experience Proven experience required (minimum 2 years) in: * Production scheduling and master planning. * Inventory monitoring and safety stock management. * Supply chain (input and material management). * **Industries:** Preferably pharmaceutical or food industry. Knowledge Essential technical requirements: * **Excel:** Intermediate \- Advanced level (proficiency in pivot tables and complex formulas). * **ERP:** SAP experience (preferred).
