**Who are we?** At Pegasus, we are a Mexican company with over 44 years of experience, specializing in automation, robotics, industrial solutions, and applied technology—helping businesses improve their efficiency, productivity, and operational control. **Job Objective** To create audiovisual, graphic, and digital content that clearly and attractively communicates customers’ needs and Pegasus’ technological solutions, reinforcing the company’s corporate image and contributing to lead generation and commercial opportunities through high-impact visual marketing and content strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Create content for social media, campaigns, and commercial projects * Develop and manage monthly content calendars * Maintain visual consistency and alignment with the company’s corporate image * Conduct webinars and live broadcasts * Operate professional cameras and drones * Record and edit video, and develop engaging audiovisual content * Support events, trade shows, and product demonstrations * Generate content that clearly communicates customer needs and how our solutions address them * Translate technical concepts into visually appealing, easy-to-understand, and commercially effective content Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, Audiovisual Production, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns. **Key Competencies** * Proficiency with video editing and design tools (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, or similar) * Knowledge of audiovisual production, video recording, and editing * Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and producing audiovisual content for digital platforms * Ability to communicate needs and solutions effectively through content * Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing and content creation is desirable * Experience operating drones and capturing aerial footage is desirable **Skills** * Organized * Disciplined * Creative * Detail-oriented * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong visual judgment regarding composition, color, and text placement **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN * Grocery vouchers * Performance- and results-based bonus * Life insurance * Transportation service * Subsidized cafeteria * Job stability * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site
