### **LOG-ON MEXICO** **We are looking for:** **SUPERVISOR/A** ---------------- **As a branch supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:** Supervise, coordinate and ensure the proper operation of branches under your responsibility, guaranteeing the achievement of sales targets, customer service standards, and operational guidelines specific to the retail industry. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily operations of assigned branches, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, processes, and standards. * Monitor sales, productivity, and customer service performance indicators. * Implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals. * Coordinate, train, and motivate branch staff to enhance individual and team performance. * Supervise inventory, shrinkage control, and proper product display. * Ensure compliance with branding and visual merchandising guidelines. * Prepare reports on results, incidents, and improvement proposals for the Operations Management team. * Identify opportunities for internal process improvements and propose solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies. * Act as a liaison between management and branches to ensure effective communication. ### **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (desirable). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles within the retail sector. ### **Knowledge:** * Branch administration and operations. * Sales and customer service strategies. * Inventory management, shrinkage control, and product rotation. * Management tools (Office suite, reporting, and performance indicators). ### **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Results-oriented. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Availability to travel within the assigned area. ### **We Offer** * Monthly base salary $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 tax-free. * Transportation allowance. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, with two days off.
