Operation and handling of vinyl injection machines SMART INDUSTRIES IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT **PLASTIC PROCESSING MACHINE OPERATOR WITH EXPERIENCE** **REQUIREMENTS** **Technical Degree** * Mechatronics * Electromechanics * Industrial Engineering * Production Processes * Maintenance **Knowledge** **Minimum 1 year of experience operating plastic injection or extrusion machines** **Logbook completion** **Process improvements** **Fusions** * Operation and handling of vinyl injection machines and related equipment for production runs or sample production. * Achieve and maintain the vinyl injection process within cycle times documented in process sheets and startup procedures to meet specified part quality requirements. * Perform color and mold changes based on planning requirements. * Carry out machine and mold maintenance, including daily cleaning of area equipment. * Troubleshoot and correct process issues, as well as perform minor repairs as needed. * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days per week) We offer: · Fixed salary · Statutory benefits .
