Position Summary: Sanmina is seeking a Paint Engineer to determine processes, manage product qualification, and define parameters for powder and liquid painting. Key Highlights: 1. Manage qualification of new products and define parameters against specifications. **Experience** * Knowledge of electrostatic (powder) paint application * Knowledge of liquid paint application * Knowledge of automated painting lines, as well as preparation processes * Development of work instructions for manufacturing painted parts * Knowledge of complex masking processes, products, and techniques * Demonstrated knowledge of line density and equipment utilization * Understanding of chemical pre-treatment processes, their critical function, and impact on overall product performance. * In-depth knowledge of Lean principles and ability to apply them to establish or improve processes. * Practical knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing * Outstanding interpersonal skills, with specific capability to act as team leader and interact across all organizational levels. * Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing. * Planning, project management, and leadership skills. * Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. * Solid decision-making and judgment skills. * Minimum 5 years of experience. **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company * Weekly payroll * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
