**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica MDM Entity360 IDD and Active VOS. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on MDM Architecture and Hub Console. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our data management capabilities contributing to the companys growth and societal impact. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions to optimize data management processes. * Oversee the integration of Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD to ensure seamless data flow across systems. * Provide expertise in Informatica Active VOS to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align MDM Architecture with business objectives. * Develop and maintain the Informatica MDM Hub Console to support data governance and quality initiatives. * Ensure the scalability and reliability of MDM solutions to meet evolving business needs. * Conduct regular assessments of MDM systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in MDM technologies. * Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize data processing and storage. * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Support the deployment of MDM solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring minimal disruption to operations. * Evaluate emerging technologies and propose solutions to enhance the companys data management capabilities. * Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards. **Qualifications** * * Possess extensive experience in Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD demonstrating a deep understanding of data management principles. * Have a strong background in Informatica Active VOS with proven ability to automate complex workflows. * Demonstrate proficiency in MDM Architecture with a focus on designing scalable and reliable solutions. * Exhibit expertise in using Informatica MDM Hub Console for data governance and quality management. * Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on\-site responsibilities. * Display excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. **Certifications Required** Informatica Certified Professional MDM Specialist
