




**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Tequila production processes. Production management. Planning using MRP, ERP. Quality control and continuous improvement. Reading of blueprints or diagrams. Knowledge of Material and Energy Balances. Knowledge of unit operations. **Work Experience:** Food or beverage manufacturing. Chemical industry. Pharmaceutical industry. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily and monthly production as established in the production plan or schedule. * Assign tasks to operational staff. * Monitor production progress by reviewing adherence to deadlines, quantities, and quality standards. * Identify bottlenecks or deviations in the tequila production process. * Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, machinery, and labor. * Lead operational meetings. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Develop and train personnel under supervision. * Track production KPIs: Yield, OEE, efficiencies, waste, losses. * Prepare daily/weekly reports and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate with the quality department regarding process deviations and participate in audits. * Coordinate technical shutdowns with preventive and corrective maintenance. * Train operational staff on process procedures, safety instructions, and production process improvements. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday Monday to Friday: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Saturday: 08:00 am to 02:00 pm **Statutory Benefits:** 1.
