Join our team and become part of a leading company in the automotive sector! **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with a 2-hour lunch break from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.) * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * **Base salary** * **Guaranteed salary:** $12,000 gross per month for the first **2 months** * Starting from the **3rd month:** **Base salary \+ commissions** * **Statutory benefits** * **Life insurance** * **Continuous training provided by the automotive brand** * **Excellent work environment** and growth opportunities **Main Responsibilities:** * Make and receive calls to customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. * Generate and confirm appointments for the sales department. * Follow up on digital leads and database contacts. * Record and update information in the CRM. * Support contact campaigns and post-sales follow-up activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in call centers, telemarketing, or customer service. * Strong verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction. * Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude. * Basic computer and digital platform proficiency.
