Customer service delivered with kindness and promptness. **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of the beverage bar by maintaining standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, inventory control, and customer service to contribute to an excellent experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, portion sizes, and standards. * Maintain the bar clean, organized, fully stocked, and continuously operational during service hours. * Verify inventories of beverages, syrups, ice, glassware, disposables, and other bar supplies. * Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and proper handling guidelines for food and beverages. * Supervise appropriate use of equipment, utensils, and bar materials. * Provide customer service with kindness, promptness, and a service-oriented attitude. * Support training of new staff related to bar operations. * Report incidents, shortages, losses, damages, or anomalies to the manager. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed junior high school minimum; high school diploma preferred. **Experience:** 1–2 years in bar, beverage, cafeteria, restaurant, or similar roles. **Knowledge:** Basic beverage handling, customer service, basic inventory management, hygiene, and food safety. **Skills:** Organization, speed, ability to work under pressure, responsibility, communication, service orientation. **Attitudes:** Honesty, punctuality, cleanliness, initiative, teamwork. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary * Weekly tips * Uniforms * Savings fund * Bereavement support * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Work Location: On-site employment
