Company policies Quality Management Systems Management of internal and external audits Job Responsibilities Support the Quality Assurance Coordinator and Head of Regulations and Certifications in implementing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the quality management system according to the standards NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and NMX-CC-9001-IMNC-2015. Develop, update, and review documents. Manage and respond to internal and external audits Perform internal audits Support planning training for staff in supervision and training Inform management about the performance of the management system and any improvement needs Ensure the effectiveness of laboratory activities. Identify and manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Review and update the quality system including manuals, records, and policies. Train personnel on topics related to the quality management system Collaborate in preparing and coordinating activities related to laboratory accreditation and re-accreditation. Issue and review reports if accredited as an authorized signatory.
