Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate maintenance operations, personnel management, and optimization of production and packaging processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel and resources, resolving operational problems. 2. Supervises maintenance, production, and quality control. 3. Trains the team and ensures achievement of objectives. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Engineering / Bachelor's degree Knowledge: * ERP system proficiency * Strategic management and planning * Personnel management * Problem-solving ability * Human and material resource management * Machinery and equipment Activities: * Submit maintenance reports for any detected failure. * Supervise failure repair. * Archive documents (production orders, finished product reports). * Request required raw materials. * Verify and supervise tank release (cleaning, calibration, and emptying). * Supervise packaging timeframes. * Issue daily production order. * (Distribute workload according to production order) * Track inventory reconciliation discrepancies. * Maintain waste control records. * Compare actual results with expected outcomes in production orders. * Enter data into the ERP system. * Conduct self-performance evaluation. * Provide requested information and/or documentation to other departments. * Prepare additional reports as requested by immediate supervisor. * Train subordinates on technical aspects relevant to their positions. * Facilitate achievement of performance objectives for subordinates.
