




Job Summary: Perform services and light repairs following diagnostics and procedures, record tasks, and conduct quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform light repairs and services according to operational guidelines. 2. Conduct quality control upon completion of each repair and/or service. 3. Perform services and/or repairs in the field following established procedures. TECHNICIAN B Efficiently perform all services and light repairs according to operational guidelines established by CNHMX. Perform repairs following instructions derived from diagnostics conducted by Technician A, Master Technician, or Workshop Supervisor. Record performed tasks individually for each unit in detail and clearly. Locate required spare parts. Conduct quality control upon completion of each repair and/or service. Report all customer comments to the Workshop Supervisor. Perform services and/or repairs in the field complying with operational and administrative procedures established by the distributor. Maintain assigned tools and shared workshop tools in good condition. Keep the workshop and tools clean, applying the 5S principle. Manage storage of hazardous waste and cleaning of areas. Conduct detailed follow-up on “returned units”, identify causes of return, and report such situations to the Workshop Supervisor.
