Responsibilities * Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual/monthly sales plan in coordination with the Commercial Management. * Support the development of market strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction. * Monitor price trends, demand, and competition, proposing timely adjustments or improvements. * Accompany and support the commercial advisory team in customer management, goal achievement, and portfolio follow-up. * Collaborate in the assignment of territories, accounts, and products, ensuring coverage and efficient service. * Drive ongoing training and continuous support for the sales team. * Review compliance with quotas, pricing, and portfolio recovery. * Coordinate with Logistics and Production departments on product availability according to sales forecasts. * Promote high standards of customer service and resolution of commercial issues.
