Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confianza**Job Objective** We invite you to join us and fulfill the primary objective of planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance activities across CABL's logistics network, analyzing and optimizing resources to achieve the best cost-benefit ratio in maintenance processes.**Responsibilities and Activities** In this position, you will be responsible for managing the execution of the following activities: * Ensure compliance with maintenance plans for equipment, facilities, and installations. * Analyze information to ensure corrective maintenance is performed on buildings, facilities, and equipment (e.g., fire suppression systems, cold rooms, emergency power plants). * Receive and review "Work Requests" submitted by requestors; analyze the work, approve the request, assign responsibility to personnel, and allocate resources for executing the requested tasks. * Maintain warehouses, pharmacies, and points of sale within the logistics network in good condition. * Manage image enhancement and regulatory compliance projects for warehouses, pharmacies, and points of sale within the logistics network. * Generate and/or receive improvement proposals for warehouses, CDN, CDA, CDR, and points of sale, supported by sufficient documentation such as regulations, designs, layouts, and quotations, in collaboration with Building Maintenance Engineers. * Manage cleaning services for warehouses. * Perform activities related to personnel management. * Other duties as assigned. Experience * Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment — 5 years. * Maintenance services for buildings — 5 years. * Vendor management for services — 5 years. * Management of teams exceeding 50 people — 5 years. * SAP system — 5 years. Knowledge * Microsoft Office Suite. * SAP. * AUTOCAD. * HVAC installation. * 5S methodology. Education * Master’s degree in Project Management preferred.
