**Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, route optimization, efficient use of resources, and compliance with the company's safety and quality policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise transportation, distribution, and customer delivery activities. * Plan daily routes and schedules to optimize time and costs. * Monitor performance of drivers and carriers. * Verify vehicle documentation, maintenance, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations. * Control product inflows and outflows, ensuring cargo integrity. * Prepare transportation performance reports (efficiency, on-time performance, costs, incidents). * Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and production departments to ensure proper logistical flow. * Address in-transit or delivery issues and propose immediate solutions. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum **3 years in logistics or transportation coordination**, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company. * Knowledge of: * Route planning and fleet management. * GPS tracking systems operation. * Transportation documentation and current regulations. * Logistics key performance indicators control. * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and capability to work under pressure. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and/or logistics software. * Valid driver's license. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and additional benefits * Job stability and career development opportunities * Excellent work environment Employment type: Permanent position Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site
