Training, development, and performance management ***Human Resources Manager*** **Essential Requirements:** Proven leadership experience in HR: minimum 3 years Strong strategic and operational knowledge of high-turnover positions Personal vehicle Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field — completed Desirable: Master's degree or diplomas, ongoing professional updates in HR **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Attraction and selection of specialized personnel * Competency-based training and development * Performance management and motivation * Supervision of hygiene and safety policy compliance (across various retail locations) * Scheduling and staff rotation management * Labor relations and conflict resolution * Supervision of legal and contractual compliance **Your Compensation Plan:** ● Base salary: $35,000 net monthly ● Statutory benefits ● Work tools: laptop, corporate mobile phone ● Gasoline allowance ● Corporate office schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), availability to visit retail locations on Saturdays as required Location: Zapopan, Jal Salary: $35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a personal vehicle? * What was your most recent salary?
