Position Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Sales Advisor to identify and contact companies, provide technical and commercial advisory, negotiate, close sales, and ensure post-sales follow-up. Post-sales follow-up and internal coordination \*FLEET SALES ADVISOR\* POPUL AUTO VALLARTA VOLKSGAVEN \*RESPONSIBILITIES:\* \*Commercial Prospecting:\* Identify and contact potential enterprises, institutions, and organizations for fleet sales. \*Technical and Commercial Advisory\* Provide personalized guidance to corporate clients regarding vehicle models, configurations, financing, leasing, and additional services. \*Negotiation and Sales Closing\* Prepare proposals, negotiate prices and terms, and close sales with approval from the Sales Manager. \*Document Management\* Coordinate and deliver required documentation for quotations, contracts, tenders, or financing. \*Post-Sales Follow-Up\* Ensure proper vehicle delivery and post-sale customer support to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty. \*Internal Coordination\* Collaborate with Administration, Credit & Collections, Logistics, and Service departments to fulfill commitments made to customers. \*REQUIREMENTS:\* Flexible availability Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role Strong verbal communication skills Valid driver's license \*WE OFFER:\* Bi-weekly payment Life insurance Social security 30 days' year-end bonus (aguinaldo) 15 days' vacation Savings fund Food vouchers ❗Salary: $20,000 gross per month for first 3 months❗ After 3 months: commission-based compensation scheme Base salary: $10,000 + 4% of gross profit from sold fleet units Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–6:30; Saturdays, 8:00–1:00 2-hour lunch break from 1:00–3:00 (weekend on-call duties) Learn more about us: https://www.alerta.com.mx/ https://vw\-puertovallarta.com.mx/ Salary: $10,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
