**Your Role** Molex is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Signal Integrity Test Engineer to join our High-Performance Testing team. In this hands-on role, you will lead efforts to validate and measure high-speed digital and RF connectors, cables, and assemblies, ensuring optimal signal integrity across diverse platforms. Reporting to the Lab Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, coordinating core testing activities while mentoring lab technicians. With a presence in over 40 countries, Molex offers a full range of connectivity products, services, and solutions for the data communications, medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics industries. **What You’ll Do** * Design and implement test plans for validating high-speed products, including connectors, cables, and assemblies * Perform signal integrity measurements using oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDRs, and BERTs * Analyze signal performance metrics—such as eye diagrams, jitter, impedance, crosstalk, and return/insertion loss—to provide actionable recommendations for design improvements * Identify and resolve signal degradation issues during validation phases * Apply post-processing methods, including embedding and de-embedding techniques * Collaborate closely with design engineering to prepare test samples and fixtures * Configure custom test systems and develop automation solutions * Organize and maintain test samples and device files * Ensure calibration and accuracy of test equipment * Document and maintain test procedures, results, and technical reports; mentor lab technicians and contribute to team development * Uphold Molex quality standards and drive continuous improvement efforts **Who You Are** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in signal integrity testing or high-speed hardware validation Skills and Competencies * Proficiency with advanced test equipment: VNAs, TDRs, BERTs, and high-bandwidth oscilloscopes * Expertise in script-based automation using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools * Experience analyzing high-speed channel performance using TDR * Familiarity with data processing platforms such as PLTS, ISD, ECLIPSE, SNP, etc. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset * Effective multitasking and time management * Detail-oriented problem-solving Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of high-speed serial protocols and compliance standards * Direct experience working with high-speed cable and connector systems **What Would Give You an Edge** * More than 5 years of experience At Koch, we are entrepreneurs.
