Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of industrial construction projects, from planning through final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Participation in high-impact industrial projects An enterprise specialized in the development and construction of industrial facilities is looking to integrate a **Project Manager** with experience in end-to-end management of **industrial construction projects**, capable of leading projects from planning through final delivery while ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality. **Your Responsibilities:** * Plan and control construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality. * Monitor construction schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. * Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors during project execution. * Manage changes, risks, incidents, and document/contractual control. * Maintain continuous communication with clients via physical and financial progress reports. * Supervise quality standards, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate project closeouts, final deliveries, and warranties. **Candidate Profile We Seek** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * 5–8 years of experience in industrial construction and at least 5 years in project management. * Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD; Opus/Neodata is desirable. * Knowledge of budgetary control, construction scheduling, cost estimation, and variance analysis. * Mastery of construction processes, blueprint interpretation, and industrial construction systems. * Familiarity with regulations, occupational health and safety, and contractual control. * Experience leading teams, contractors, and subcontractors. * LEAN and PMI methodologies knowledge is desirable. **What We Offer** * Monthly base salary of $30,000 to $35,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM. * Opportunity to participate in high-impact industrial projects. * Location in Jalisco, with offices in Monraz and El Vigía neighborhoods.
