




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Manager with passion for service, sales, and public relations to lead a team in a tennis and sportswear store. Key Highlights: 1. We require a Customer Service Manager. To operate a tennis and sportswear store featuring brands including Adidas, Puma, Nike, Under Armour, Skechers, Vans, Converse, DC, Champions, Charly, Caterpillar, and Timberland. Must enjoy CUSTOMER SERVICE and sales, with a service-oriented mindset and friendliness to foster better public and commercial relationships with our customers. Should contribute to the company’s continued growth, grow alongside the company, and assist staff in developing within an active, proactive, and contributive work environment. Coordinates staff to support sales, warehouse operations, and product display setup for tennis gear and apparel—what we refer to as Product Marketing: cleaning products and presenting them in detail. Leads by example and maintains a positive attitude. Logical and natural management responsibilities for one of our stores: \- Store opening and closing \- Staff supervision, attendance tracking, breaks, and sales motivation \- Cash register control \- Warehouse and inventory control Working Hours: \- Monday through Sunday \- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM \- One and a half days off per week \- Late-start or early-finish incentives may be offered if workplace climate improves and staff stability is achieved INCOME: \- EXTRA COMMISSIONS of 1% \- EXTRA BONUS for achieving store targets (1, 2, or up to 3) \- All statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
