An architecture and maintenance sector company is seeking a Store Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for ensuring the proper operation, preservation, and maintenance of multiple units within the metropolitan area. This position is critical to guaranteeing store operational continuity, contractor service quality, and compliance with standards. Responsibilities * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work in stores * Coordinate and track contractors and suppliers * Validate quality of completed work (including photographic evidence) * Manage materials and ensure availability for services * Track tickets and reports in the system (Fracttal) * Maintain constant communication with store managers * Manage quotations for extraordinary work * Conduct periodic store visits (field work) Requirements * 2 years of experience in facility maintenance * Experience supervising suppliers or contractors * Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, air conditioning, etc.) * Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Availability for field work * Basic proficiency with digital tools Education * Technical degree or incomplete university studies in: * Civil Engineering * Architecture * Electromechanical Engineering Position Conditions * Field work * Coverage in Guadalajara and the metropolitan area * Working hours: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * Availability for emergency response We Offer * Statutory benefits * Timely payment * Involvement in the operation of multiple units * Dynamic work environment Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
