Interdepartmental collaboration SUPERVISOR AND DIRECT MANAGER OF CARD DELIVERY MESSENGERS Responsibilities: Supervise and support the daily activities of assigned staff, providing necessary resources to ensure timely and high-quality task completion. This role aims to guarantee field process efficiency and optimization by overseeing route planning, inventory management, warehouse coordination, and delivery execution. Additionally, the Route Supervisor is expected to closely collaborate with other departments, ensuring smooth communication and contributing to the development of strategies that continuously improve the supply chain. The ultimate goal is to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, meeting quality standards and fulfilling customer expectations. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum one year of personnel management experience · Willingness to travel to municipalities outside the city and within the metropolitan area · Proficiency in using PCs · Experience operating standard vehicles · Bachelor’s degree (incomplete or higher) · Flexible availability regarding working hours · Secure storage facility for company vehicle · Driver's license Class A\-B · Basic identification documents IMPORTANT: EMPLOYMENT STABILITY Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
