Responsible for improvement projects and digital initiatives. **Location:** MX\-Fab Lagos de Moreno **English:** Intermediate \- Advanced **Job Objective:** Coordinates the application of global and local standards to enhance the process and technology capability within their area of responsibility, coordinating the identification, prioritization, and assignment (IPAs) of applicable Continuous Improvement projects derived from NCE implementation, integrating area activities synergistically and in alignment with the Local Leadership Team (LLT) Operational Management Plan (OMP) for their area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate area production, integrating maintenance and ensuring compliance with operational standards (SDCA). * Manage area performance, lead operational routines, and support supervisor and team development. * Ensure correct application of global process standards and promote continuous improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and optimal resource utilization. * Coordinate Lean/NCE initiatives to optimize processes, layout, flows, and area capabilities. * Lead the identification, prioritization, and tracking of improvement projects (PDCA, DMAIC) and serve as the liaison with MEGAPI/LEAN pillars. * Act as the responsible party for I\&R and Capex projects within the area, ensuring efficient start-ups and standardization. * Drive implementation of digitally prioritized initiatives for the area. **What Will Make You Successful?** * 1.5 to 3 years of experience in production (including exposure to operating principles, people leadership experience, TPM involvement, etc.). * Experience achieving objectives through others. * Experience leading improvement analysis. * Knowledge of usage variations. * Knowledge of Labor Productivity. * Experience conducting coaching with teams. * Belt certification is a plus. * Advanced Excel. * DMO proficiency.
