Participate in technology projects and implement improvements **Vacancy: IT Infrastructure Coordinator** Position Objective: Ensure the availability, security, and proper operation of the company's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing efficient operation of networks, servers, telecommunications, and technical support. Main Responsibilities: * Manage technological infrastructure, networks, and connectivity * Supervise servers and operating systems * Coordinate and monitor technical support and critical incidents * Manage and oversee technology and telecommunications vendors * Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs * Implement and monitor information security policies * Manage backups and operational continuity * Participate in technology projects and implement improvements Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience leading infrastructure or technology project teams * Experience managing corporate networks * Knowledge of communication technologies such as Cisco and Zyxel * Experience in virtualization and server administration * Proficiency in operating systems and infrastructure support Skills: * Leadership * Problem solving * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results-oriented We Offer: * Monthly base salary of $16,000 MXN * Company-provided transportation * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional growth opportunities Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
