Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician to preserve optimal conditions in production and administrative areas by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting expansion projects. Support infrastructure expansion projects Mexican company in expansion with international reach seeks an **Infrastructure Maintenance Technician** Job Objective: Preserve optimal infrastructure conditions (production and administrative areas). Manage resources required for infrastructure maintenance activities (lighting, flooring, roofing, walls, air conditioning, common areas) **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed junior high school or incomplete high school * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Ability to work in Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga * Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts) **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of different types of energy (electrical) * Proficiency in using tools * Documentation related to the area * Handling of materials, supplies, and spare parts * Knowledge of Industrial Safety * Knowledge of BPM (Cosmetic) **Responsibilities:** * Routine inspections of infrastructure and common areas * Coordination with service providers for supply and/or replacement of required spare parts and supplies * Perform preventive maintenance as established * Perform corrective maintenance on infrastructure for production and common areas * Provide technical support for infrastructure-related matters in expansion projects **Competencies:** * Organized * Clean * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Proactive * Honest Work Schedule: **Rotating Shifts** Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Employment Type: Full-time **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or service * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers **Experience Required:** * Infrastructure Maintenance Technician: 1 year (Mandatory) Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
