Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Job Objective** Ensure timely capture of employee work schedules, absences, and overtime hours, as well as consolidate time clock records from biometric devices to accurately display attendance, absences, overtime hours, and clear red error messages—supporting payroll calculation and correct payment of attendance and productivity bonuses. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Register in the system shift rotations, absence requests, attendance records, and staff substitutions requested by supervisors and/or area managers. * Perform pre-approval of overtime hours in the system as requested by supervisors and/or area managers.
