Our primary pillar is based on the "People First" philosophy, providing holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member's personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join Our Team!* **Experience in:** * Food microbiology, * Food processing, * Root cause analysis methodologies, * Practical knowledge of cleaning and disinfection principles in the food industry **Technical Knowledge:** * Operation of laboratory and field equipment (pH meter, chlorine test kits, luminometer), * Intermediate Excel * Physicochemical analysis * SAP * Minitab * SGI audits **Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with CIP or COP cleaning parameters according to the sanitation matrix and cleaning specifications for each area and equipment to ensure proper removal of soil. * Ensure and execute CIP system (Spectrum) validations for all circuits and/or objects per established program and frequency, identify improvement opportunities, and establish corresponding action plans arising from such validations to guarantee correct cleaning processes and compliance with KORE. * Ensure compliance with the change and sanitation matrix in the processing and filling areas. Guarantee production cycle times are met so that washes occur timely and correctly, avoiding potential re\-contamination of finished product. * Conduct Operational Discipline Audits during sanitation processes to ensure compliance with requirements, HACCP plan, and specifications, as well as adherence to process and/or product variables, ensuring efficient start-up. Follow up on microbiological sanitation results in UHT packaging areas. * Complete, review, and archive all sanitation-related records and forms (ATP monitoring, microbiological analyses, chemical concentrations, etc.), ensuring all documentation complies with food safety program requirements (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000\).
