Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join Jugos Del Valle-Santa Clara, responsible for maintaining and improving production lines and processes, contributing to the well-being and nutrition of Mexican families. Our core pillar is the "People First" philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join our Team!* **Experience in:** * Preferred experience with PET bottling lines. * Preferred experience with labeling lines, packaging lines, and palletizers. * CIP processes and pasteurization. * LOTO procedures. * Basic PLC programming. **Technical Knowledge:** * LOTO * Pneumatics * Instrumentation * Low- and medium-voltage electrical control * Electro-pneumatics * Mechanics **Responsibilities:** * Execute, report, and close preventive and corrective maintenance orders for production lines and process areas. * Create, manage, and execute maintenance notifications in SAP system. * Conduct RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) for chronic failures, failures affecting safety, quality, or food safety, and prolonged downtime events. * Map critical spare parts for each equipment; develop LILA standards; create equipment safety maps. * Attend technical and institutional training courses provided by the company, as well as assigned meetings. **Competencies:** * **Decision Making, Organization and Execution, Customer Orientation** **Education:** Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.* Department Supply Chain Position Maintenance Technician Locations Lagos de Moreno Plant Employment Type Full-time
